MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

(PROPOSED PURSUANT TO THE MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015)

This statement is made by CP Holdings Limited ("CP") in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in relation to the financial year ending 31 December 2016. It applies to all legal entities that form part of the CP Holdings Limited Group.

CP is the family owned holding company of the CP Group, comprising a number of companies involved in a wide range of activities across a number of territories - including the UK, Israel, sub­Saharan Africa and Hungary - and other countries in central Europe. The principle sectors in which the Group operates include hotels and hospitality, serviced offices, heavy equipment, warehousing, agro-chemicals, and telecommunications.

The CP Group takes its social responsibilities seriously and conducts its business ethically and with integrity. We are opposed to slavery and human trafficking and will not knowingly do business with any person or entity which is engaged in such practices.

As part of our efforts to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or in our supply chains we are in the process of updating employee codes of conduct throughout the Group, to include clear guidelines explaining the risks of these activities and the zero tolerance approach that is taken to them.

This statement was approved by the Executive Team and the Board of Directors of CP. It will be reviewed annually.
